Yes. You can switch plans at any time from inside the app. Plan changes take effect immediately, whether you’re upgrading or downgrading, and your new limits apply right away.
A Live Quote is any quote with a shareable link that is currently live and accessible to your customer. Expired, completed, and deactivated quotes do not count toward your limit.
Your account moves to the free Launch plan immediately. You keep access to your existing quotes, but going forward you’re limited to 5 active Live Quotes.
Shopify does not issue cash refunds for app subscriptions. When you cancel, your account moves to the free Launch plan immediately and you won’t be charged again. Because the change is immediate, paid features stop being available right away rather than at the end of the cycle.
